At NEVENUE INDIA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your NEVENUE INDIA account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the products are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a signed pickup receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
